“Yoga is the ultimate practice. It simultaneously stimulates our inner light and quiets our overactive minds. It is both energy and rest. Yin and Yang. We feel the burn and find our bliss.” — Elise Joan

 Meet The CEO

Hello, My name is Kiiantay, but everyone calls me Kiki. I am a 200hr registered yoga teacher working toward my 300hr certification. I am registered with the yoga alliance based in New Jersey. I started my journey in 2020 intending to become one with myself. I’ve always found peace in free movement, but yoga allowed me to connect movement with breath for meditation in free movement. I started self practices doing videos on youtube. As I progressed I started to post pictures online and some people reached out to me to teach a class to them. Shortly after I started to find my style of teaching, I was very drawn to vinyasa with a mix of a slow flow. After that class, I decided that teaching yoga was something that I am very passionate about. Teaching yoga made me want to share my journey and progress with others to show everyone that you do not need to fit the idea or stereotypes of what yogis are. We all start somewhere and everyone’s journey is different. I hope I can share my journey with you as well.
