Private Sessions
These private sessions include one on one time with the instructor for a focus on furthering your practice, or getting started with your yoga journey. Larger groups can be intimidating and off putting, but these sessions are in place to assist you and to bring harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. <3
Individual 30mins

Semi-Private 60mins
Semi private is a group of three where each one of you will be furthering your yoga journey together.

Private Event Classes
Private event classes are classes that consist of a group of 10-20 individuals invited by the host. These sessions are for registration only. A link will be created for a specific date and will be sent out to the invitees. Private event yoga classes can be scheduled twice a month with the same or different groups of people.
Classes & Workshops
Classes are specific to your experience in yoga. However, if you are intermediate and experienced you can still join the beginner’s classes to learn new poses. Upon check out, please indicate which level and class option you’d like in the appointment notes. Also, Please be sure to fill out your waivers and submit them to yelloworchard1444@gmail.com before your ONLINE class.
**Note that all of the waivers are the same, but they can be downloaded differently.**
CLASS OPTIONS:
– R&B Slow flow ( A breath-based, mindful movement practice that brings us home to our body, breath, and mind, in the present moment.)
– High Vibration ( Fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures)
Beginner Classes
Just starting to learn or partake in yoga, working toward the nest two levels. (R&B Slow Flow)
Intermediate Classes
Knowledge of yoga, taken a few classes, and can flow through a faster paced class. (High Vibration)
Experienced Classes
Includes flexibity, have worked toward balance techniques, and can follow instruction by listening to the instrutor. (High Vibration)
